TowneBank to Open New Wards Corner Location

Virginia Beach, Va. – TowneBank is pleased to announce the grand opening of its newest office in Norfolk, located at Wards Corner. An official grand opening ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 12 at 9 a.m.

This 4,500 square foot banking center, located at 7500 Granby Street in the Wards Corner shopping center,  will offer a wide array of financial services to individuals, businesses and community organizations.

TowneBank Chairman and CEO Bob Aston; Norfolk Mayor Paul Fraim; TowneBank Norfolk President John Matson; and Wards Corner Branch Manager Anna Bowerman will participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony.  In the bank’s grand opening tradition, donations of $5,000 each will be presented to Granby High School and ACCESS AIDS Care.
