Best known for his appearance on season five of Bravo’s hit reality series Top Chef and Top Chef All Stars, Fabio Viviani is a constant guest on such programs as Good Morning America, The Chew, Rachel Ray, The Talk, and more. He is also the author of the New York Times best-selling cookbook “Fabio’s Italian Kitchen.”
On September 9 at Westminster-Canterbury, Viviani will host a cooking demonstration and dinner, entertaining guests in true “Top Chef” fashion, exhibiting his extensive background in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
“We kicked off our celebrity chef series with the help of our partners at Compass Group earlier this summer with “Spice Goddess” Bal Arnerson and Indian cuisine, and now we are excited to welcome Chef Fabio for a taste of Italy,” says Senior Director of Hospitality Services John Matis. “Chef Peter Tseng and our entire culinary staff enjoy creating a variety of dishes from across the globe on a regular basis, and this is just another way to introduce new options to our residents.”
