Take a deep breath because you’re going to need room for dinner and a movie. At Score located inside of CinéBistro at Peninsula Town Center, popcorn takes a back seat while Cherry Coke BBQ ribs and fresh lump crab cakes step up to the plate.
CinéBistro is known for being a premier movie theater, but the other half of the building is reserved for what they call Score. Complete with pool tables, bowling lanes, giant screens, a DJ booth and a decked out bar serving craft beer, wine and cocktails, Score creates a fun and energizing atmosphere for people to have a safe night out all in one place.
In movie theaters where the expectancy of quality grub is quite low, Score exceeds in raising the bar. The husband and I had a chance to sample from their menu, most of which is made from scratch, as well as some adult beverages. While there is a corporate chef, each of the CinéBistro locations’ executive chefs spin the menu to adhere to local flavors while still preparing signature items which are available at all locations.
