Saab Owners in Hampton Roads Finally Have A Certified Resource for Factory Parts and Warranty Service Bay Automotive in Norfolk is Certified Repair Facility

Saab Parts North America (SPNA) has designated Bay Automotive of Norfolk as its Official Service Center (OSC) for Southside Hampton Roads. Warranty repairs were disrupted when Saab and GM both went through reorganizations. Now with this designation, Bay will once again be able to handle all Saab Warranty Repairs. SPNA has also named Bay the area’s Parts Distribution Center for factory Saab parts.

Bay Automotive of Norfolk is located at 6970 N. Military Hwy in Norfolk. “There are Saab owners throughout eastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina who have been inconvenienced by the end of the Saab new car dealer network,” says Walter Wilkins, President of Bay Automotive. “We are pleased that Saab genuine parts, tech support and service programs are now available and because Bay continues to have Saab factory trained master technicians, we can do the job right.”

SPNA maintains a warehouse in Michigan with more than 70,000 parts and has the capacity to ship over 3,000 orders a day. “We are happy to report that we are filling 94% of our Saab parts orders the same day,” says Wilkins. “Our expertise and experience enables us to diagnose any issue with a Saab and complete the service or install the necessary parts so the motorist can be on his or her way. We know it’s been a challenge for Saab owners, but now they have a place to go that they know and trust.”
