Imagine eating delicious seafood, talking one-on-one with candidates for statewide and local office AND raising money for worthwhile charities. Oh, and did we mention the gorgeous view of the Elizabeth River?
Since 1993, the Kiwanis Club has raised more than $1 million for nonprofits across Hampton Roads at the annual harbor party and seafood fest in Norfolk’s Town Point Park. Tickets are on sale now for the 2013 party, which promises all-you-can-eat seafood and cold beer in addition to meet-and-greets with local political figures.
Crab cakes, scallops, oysters, fish, chicken and the famous Harbor Party Clam Chowder — all prepared by members of the Virginia Seafood Council. Hungry yet? Plus, the Kiwanis Club holds a silent auction with dozens of great deals as well as musical entertainment.

The 21st annual Kiwanis Harbor Party and Seafood Feast, presented by Old Point National Bank and the Kiwanis Club of Norfolk, will be held Thursday, October 10th from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at Town Point Park.
