A closed VIP event and ribbon cutting featuring Virginia Beach Mayor William Sessoms will be held on Thursday, August 25 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm, with cuisine from Chesapeake Bay Catering and entertainment by students from the Governors’ School for the Arts in Norfolk.
