Virginia Beach, Va. – The Volunteer Rescue Squads of Virginia Beach recently named Kevin Lipscomb the 2013 Gilpin Distinguished Service Award recipient at the 62nd Annual Awards Banquet on January 11. The award was instituted in 2005 to recognize individuals whose outstanding actions and activities have helped to strengthen and enhance the volunteer rescue squad system in Virginia Beach. (more…)
