Burtons Grill of Virginia Beach to Make Weekly Donations to Local Philanthropic Organizations

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.– Burtons Grill of Virginia Beach “cares” about the dining experience as well as the health of its guests. Now the Hilltop area restaurant is extending its ‘{B} Cares’ promise to the welfare of their employees and the surrounding community with the launch of {B} Community Nights.

{B} Community Nights commences Tuesday, July 2 with a portion of the day’s sales going to that month’s charitable recipient, Honor Flight Network, which coordinates trips to the World War II and Korean War Memorials in Washington for veterans of those two conflicts. Every Tuesday, throughout the year, Burtons Grill of Virginia Beach will contribute a portion of each Tuesday’s sales to a local charitable organization. Burtons Grill will select new groups each quarter based on feedback from loyal guests, management and staff.  NSW KIDS and the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia are just two of several charities that have been tapped as recipients in the upcoming months.

“This is a great opportunity for us to support not only organizations that our guests care about but also ones that are meaningful to our employees,” said Cliff Bennett, General Manager of Burtons Grill of   Virginia Beach. “We welcome suggestions and encourage our guests to speak to a manager to recommend organizations they would like to have benefit.”
