Arnold Appointed to SPSA Board of Directors

Suffolk, Va. – Pender & Coward shareholder David L. Arnold was recently appointed by former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell to serve on the board of directors for the Southeastern Public Service Authority (SPSA). In this role, he will work with 15 other board members to oversee system development throughout the eight communities SPSA serves.

Arnold practices at Pender & Coward’s Suffolk office as chairman of the eminent domain practice group. He also specializes in civil litigation, real estate and business affairs and is AV-Rated (“Preeminent”) by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings system. Arnold earned his Bachelor of Arts in 1989 from the University of Virginia and his Juris Doctor from the College of William and Mary in 1992. He is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Suffolk Bar Association and a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association.
